Full-Time & Part-Time | AM & PM Shifts Available

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

At Aspen Suites Juneau, our Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel. You set the tone for the guest experience from arrival to departure, making every stay feel welcoming, easy, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and amenities
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing details
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a seamless stay
  • Promote hotel services and enhance the guest experience when possible

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings the right energy and mindset.
